JESS JACKLIN

... started her career producing at one of the largest ad agencies in NYC. She has premiered her short films worldwide and is now making her first feature with PBS. As a producer she’s looking for raw talent: the do-it-all filmmaker who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and problem solve. She especially wants to be a support for other women out there doing their thing.

CHARLES BEALe

... learned the craft through timed filmmaking competitions and on-set experience. He’s worked on titles such as Olympus Has Fallen, The End of the Tour, and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Charles is looking for filmmakers that know how to make a lot from a little. He enjoys building talent and producing directors that have innate storytelling ability and are good collaborators.

Michael Bofshever

… has sustained a distinguished acting career for over forty years. He made his stage debut in Al Pacino’s Richard III for the Theatre Company of Boston and went on to be a founding member of The Actors Producing Company in New York City. His stage career has included The Actors Studio, Circle Repertory Company, The Ensemble Studio Theatre, The Taper Too Festival, and West Coast Jewish Theater, to name only a few. Michael has an extensive list of guest starring TV roles, most recently on How To Get Away With Murder, Barry, Scandal, True Blood, The Shield, Private Practice and dozens more. He is perhaps best known for his recurring role as Mr. Pinkman on Breaking Bad, as well as a series regular on the Disney Channel’s The Jersey in the role of Larry Lighter. His many film credits include Lasse Hailstorm’s A Dog’s Purpose, Paul Greengrass’s United 93, Mark Rydell’s Crime of the Century, and R.J. Daniel Hanna’s Miss Virginia.

Suzi Yoonessi

Award-winning director Suzi Yoonessi’s UNLOVABLE (2018) premiered at the 2018 SXSW Film Festival, winning a Special Jury Prize. The Duplass Brothers production was theatrically released by Orion Classics, and stars academy award winner Melissa Leo, academy award nominee John Hawkes and comedian Charlene deGuzman. Yoonessi’s award-winning first feature film DEAR LEMON LIMA (2009) was released by Phase 4 Films, HBO, Showtime and The Sundance Channel.  Yoonessi directed DAPHNE AND VELMA (2018) for Warner Bros., which is the origins story of two female super sleuths from Scooby Doo.

Yoonessi was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Directing of RELATIONSHIP STATUS and directed Snapchat’s most successful original series, Webby-Nominated DEAD GIRLS DETECTIVE AGENCY for Indigo. In addition to episodic, Yoonessi directs branded, short and commercial spots. Yoonessi was nominated for a Streamy Award for her International Women’s Day spot #OwnYouVoice.

Yoonessi received her BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, and her MFA from Columbia University where she was a recipient of the FMI Directing Fellowship.

larry fong

... is best known for being the director of photography for Zack Snyder's films, including 300, WatchmenSucker Punch, and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Fong showed interest and talent in art at a young age. His experience in photography and film was self-taught, beginning in junior high with short films shot on Super 8, cel animation, and stop motion projects. He graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Linguistics and from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, specializing in film and photography. He began his professional career filming music videos, garnering enough attention to lead to filming two independent films and various TV pilots, commercials, and shorts.

… is a filmmaker and industry professional based in Mexico City. He is currently producing 499 Years - a feature documentary on the legacy of colonialism in Mexico, directed by Rodrigo Reyes - which has received support from the Sundance and Tribeca Film Institutes. He is also Consulting Producer on After the Raid, a short documentary for Netflix by Rodrigo Reyes. Previously, he produced Swallowed for director Lily Baldwin, which premiered in Competition at SXSW and was distributed by The Criterion Collection. Andrew forms part of the teams of the Berlinale’s European Film Market and the DocsMX Documentary Festival in Mexico City. Prior to this, he oversaw Tribeca’s TFI Co-Production Market and worked for the Independent Filmmaker Project (IFP) in New York for several years, producing the Gotham Independent Film Awards. He has also collaborated with the Los Cabos and Brasília International Film Festivals. Andrew started his career with Open City Films, Killer Films, and Likely Story and as a production assistant on such films as Francis Ford Coppola's Tetro, Todd Haynes' Mildred Pierce, and Charles Ferguson's Inside Job. He has been a jury member for Outfest Los Angeles LGBTQ Film Festival and a programming consultant for the Nantucket Film Festival. In 2018 Andrew completed his first film as director, Juan de las Brujas, which premiered in Competition at Guadalajara International Film Festival.

Leah Winter

is a producer, writer, actress, and model who has worked on a diverse array of films from scripted and documentary features to shorts and episodic television. Her feature documentary film Finding Noah opened to over 1100 theaters across the nation. Other titles include Muppets Most Wanted, Neon Demon, and Don’t Trust the B in Apt. 23. she is the event producer on the ground at Studiofest.
